2.00 Staff/Member Relations
Understand that all staff have different particular roles. They/we are human and can make mistakes, at the same time you should realize that they were picked for a reason.
2.01 Complaints If you have a complaint regarding a staff member - whether you think that their treatment of you is unfair or biased to an unacceptable level (bias in itself can never truly be eliminated), send a private message to an Admin. Be sure to state what it is about, be direct and avoid any "uncivil" behavior.
2.02 Duty Any matters you wish to address or if you seek help regarding a particular subject, private message a staff account. All staff duties are to be carried out on their staff account, so do not be surprised if you receive no response should you message their regular/role playing account.
2.03 Respect all staff members They are not getting paid and their work is voluntary. Recognize that doing the same thing and answering the same question obviously becomes repetitive, as such, do not take it personally should a staff member act cold or distant toward you. Asking politely or using a formal textual tone will most likely warrant in a more desirable response.
We do not tolerate abuse – to staff member or otherwise. Doing so towards a staff member may not necessarily get you in trouble, but don't expect us to pay attention to you if you are behaving less than what is considered to be civil.
2.04 Members of staff will never ask for your password As such, do not give it to them. Your privacy will be respected, if a member of staff asks then report it. Likewise, if a member asks for your password let us know.
2.05 Do not spam staff members We don't need it. Quite simple. We have better things to do and other matters to attend to, so do not waste our time by trying to impede our work. This is for your benefit – and getting in our way stops us from assisting with more important issues or dealing with your own or problems with other members.
2.06 Do not ask to be a staff member We will announce when there are vacancies or we will contact you privately should we be interested in your aid. If you ask to be a member of staff, expect a "No".
You should also know that it isn't just the staff that can help. Likewise, know that being extremely helpful does not necessarily mean you are (from our point of view) qualified to become a staff member. However, being helpful is always welcome especially when there are many things to be done.

3.00 Rping
3.01 Role-Playing Format
- Means do not use an asterisk (*) or anything else to mark when your character is doing an action, those are only allowed if you are RPing with others in the C-Box and the other OOC boards. Story Format is most easy described if you were writing a book. Use font colors when you're character is talking. Use a different type of font or font style when your character is thinking.
And one last thing: Please type in Third-Person. It makes things so much easier.
3.02 2 or more Paragraphs in One Post
- There are many reasons for this, I don't feel like going into them all right now...so yeah. The paragraphs should not be less than 2 sentences and they must be easy to understand.
3.03 Multiple Character Policy
- The limit is four. If you have multiple characters, and you wanted to have them in one thread, have separate posts for each character, like this order:
Daniel -> Lucas -> Susan
In that way other people can easily read your posts without having any confusion, like the rumble-jumble of 5 characters in one post.
3.04 Post Order
- This is necessary for those RP threads who have about 2 or more characters in it. The order must be followed so everyone can move and type in a swiftly way.
Example: Member A created a RP thread, and Member B joined him. The post order must be: A > B > A > and so on..
If another member went in the thread where A and B already posted a number of posts, the previous post order: A > B will become a newer one: A > B > C.
3.05 Correct Punctuation, Spelling, and Grammar
- All of us are not perfect, so everyone could teach the other who are not good at typing the right grammar, like the people who are using English as a secondary language, like I am. But please, for those who know how, please use the proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar so no one can be confused at what you just typed.
And when you posted a profile with a bad RP sample, the RPU Professors might help you learn how to RP better, and thus you can learn better grammar and spelling, even new vocabulary!
And for those people who posted a post with several typo errors, feel free to click the Modify button in your post and change the typo errors..
3.06 Language Levels
- Honestly I don't care about this in character. Just don't make every other word a curse unless your character is really, really I mean really angry.
3.07 Characters
-Please for the love of all that is sacred, no characters from the manga. I cannot stress this enough. I don't want to see Haru or Elie or Let or any of the characters from the manga here. The board is set one hundred years after the manga. So please, only orignal characters. I really don't want to have to get on people for this.
I hope this could help you in the future..
